About Our Client:

Logistics Coordinator, Slough:
Dealing with all B2B customer queries and logistics matters to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing processes to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as efficiently as possible.
- Ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to such as health and safety regulations and any industryspecific best practice guidelines.
- Collecting and analysing data to identify trends and potential opportunities to explore.
- Ensuring that the business has the personnel and resources needed to meet demand.
- Working with members of different departments to plan for future expansion or diversification.
- Also exploring B2B to help expand and develop relations.
- Presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling Engineers and ensuring spare parts are delivered correctly
- Answering customer queries
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and maintain electronic databases
- Other admin support where required.
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience in an Operations
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
What's on Offer:
circa £28,000 - £32,000 plus competitive package dependant upon experience.
