Logistics Coordinator, Slough:
Dealing with all B2B customer queries and logistics matters to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing processes to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to such as health and safety regulations and any industryspecific best practice guidelines.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify trends and potential opportunities to explore.
  • Ensuring that the business has the personnel and resources needed to meet demand.
  • Working with members of different departments to plan for future expansion or diversification.
  • Also exploring B2B to help expand and develop relations.
  • Presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Scheduling Engineers and ensuring spare parts are delivered correctly
  • Answering customer queries
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and maintain electronic databases
  • Other admin support where required.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience in an Operations
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

What's on Offer:

circa £28,000 - £32,000 plus competitive package dependant upon experience.
