ShortList Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to join a forward-thinking, hugely ambitious and expanding company.

As a Junior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the clients IoT products, are developed in line with business and customer needs, with the direction and influence of yourself playing a part in the delivery of each of these products.

You'll alsoassist in bringing on new products.

This Junior Product Manager will suit someone with the following experience:

Fantastic understanding of product usability
Confident in communicating across the business
Have a strong grasp of how to measure and improve processes
The ability to read between the lines with customer comments and ask the right questions
An analytical mind, constantly thinking about finding a better way
Experience with IoT products would be beneficial
A logical approach, coming up with ideas and testing them to provide the best results
Can communicate with people at all levels of a business
You will have an innovative mind and understand how businesses grow
Customer service/supportThis Junior Product Manager role is paying up to £30,000 plus a brilliant benefits package including 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, bonus scheme, annual salary review, gym and health benefits. The role is based in Watford and is commutable from St Albans,Chesham, Slough, Swindon, Basingstoke, Bath, and Reading.
