Town & Country Chester branch have a great opportunity for a passionate experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to cover maternity leave, with the potential of leading to a full time position within the company.


The successful applicant should have experience, be well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed.

Duties and responsibilities


Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser Booking viewings, matching vendor and purchaser to ensure every opportunity is maximised Generating market appraisals Conducting viewings and conduct pre and post appointment feedback Negotiating the sales, achieve best price and deal for both parties Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personal and team objectives in mind.


Position:
Full Time, Saturday work required Driving Licence Required Salary : Negotiatable depending on experience.

Alto System Experience preferred however, not essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
