Marketing & Communications Administrator
Salary:
£23,000pa


Working hours:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Main responsibilities

  • Managing the marketing inbox
  • Plan and write monthly content for all social channels, scheduling posts, enhancing engagement online and actioning/responding to comments and messages
  • Coordinate the enewsletter process from creating and collating content to designing, issuing and monitoring performance
  • Plan and create eshots, issuing and analysing these communications
  • Create flyers, posters and marketing materials for events and campaigns
  • Prepare, collate, proofread and schedule content for use in campaigns, case studies, consultations, press releases, articles, e
- shots and on all other marketing mediums, including but not limited to the website, social media, journals, newsletters andother soft/hardcopy literature

  • Prepare monthly digital analytics of the IFE's website, social media channels and ecommunications. This includes analysing the data as well as using the insights to suggest and implement improvements
  • Assist with the administration, planning and execution of events, exhibitions, marketing and campaigns
  • Contribute to the delivery of the IFE's marketing and communications strategy, sharing suggestions for improvement and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders

Generic Duties & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to customer service standards as required by your line manager
  • Contribute to the day to day running of the services in your department
  • Create and update records and databases ensuring full and accurate information is recorded
  • Create/update/complete documents relevant to area of work, ensuring accuracy in documents and, where appropriate, ensuring that presentation (eg certificates, letters) is in line with IFE housestyle
  • Manage meeting agendas/arrangements/appointments/travel etc.
  • Meet performance targets as established with line manager

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent education (E)
  • Marketing related qualification such as CIM (D)

Knowledge and Experience

  • 12 years of previous experience in a similar marketing role (E)
  • Experience in B2C marketing (D)
  • Previous experience working with social media (E)
  • Website management experience and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) (E)
  • Copyrighting and proofreading experience (E)
  • Experience of using social media and digital analytical tools such as Buffer and Google Analytics (D)
  • Campaign development experience (D)
  • Ability to use InDesign (D)
  • Use of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics (D)
  • Experience in managing projects (D)
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR (D)
