Our client is a fast-growing Specialist Finance Intermediary (Bridging, Development, Portfolio Finance) who are looking for an experienced Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join their expanding team.


Responsibilities include

  • Expand marketing channels increasing lead generation and customer acquisition (direct, digital and events) while closely monitoring ROI
  • Develop a content marketing plan for online and offline channels
  • Raise our profile through social campaigns, trade media and publications
  • Organise and increase our presence at industry events, exhibitions, and auction houses
  • Build partnerships with publishers and aggregators.
  • Analyse activity and performance of campaigns, reporting findings to company Directors on lead volume, budgets, costs, and methods of sourcing; Identify improvements to performance and shape roadmaps to implement changes.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the commercial lending landscape, competitors, and lenders
  • Update and analyse performance and present findings internally to improve operations and marketing.

We would like to see

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience of working within a similar industry (property, finance, fintech
  • Creative, approachable while being analytically sound.
  • Commercially driven individuals with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Experience of content writing

For you

  • Basic salary up to £50k.
  • Performance related bonus scheme
