The Role
This position will offer an exciting opportunity for an Auditor or Accountant to enter the field of Corporate Finance
Typical activities:
- Assist and be responsible for complex analysis of buy & sellside deals, to trade and Private Equity clients.
- Create and review financial models & forecasts.
- Liaise with clients, investors, lenders and other external stakeholders.
- Assist the Partners & Directors in representing the firm at meetings and events.
- Work proactively with the Partners in order to develop your own experience and abilities in the Deals space.
The Person
This opportunity is ideal for a someone to take true ownership of activities and benefit from success
Key requirements include:
- 3+ years' experience in an Audit, Assurance or Analytics capacity, with a Public Accounting Practice.
- A full or nearly complete ACA or ACCA qualification, also gained in a respected Accounting Firm.
- A good Education.
