About the Team

What will you be doing?

Experiencing 3 month rotations in the key operational teams
You will lead and manage small and large teams on effectively and efficiently producing customer boxes
Having completed your rotations through the 3 key production teams, you will then join our Operational Excellence team to deliver production improvement projects
Once you have learnt how to make and improve the box making process you will rotate through Operational Support functions such as Food Safety, Training, HR & Facilities/Maintenance.
The final part of this process will result in you delivering and managing a business improvement project utilizing all your previous experience with the above roles with tangible positive results

Academically strong with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable sections to resolve
Great communication skills and decision making capabilities. Logical approach to decision making

Location:
The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS

Work Schedule:
Dependent on Department, 4 on 4 off/Monday to Friday/Days and Nights

You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.

You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake.

You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
