Duties for the position of Administrator:

  • Data entry of a range of documentation
  • Sort queries arising from references received
  • Authorise products for repair from receipt of customer's instruction
  • Ensure the correct acceptance to/from the correct stocks and ensure the correct charges are made for the handling of goods
  • Issue all handling and storage charges to the customer with all necessary backup paperwork
  • Provide customer information on stocks and movements as required
  • Keep drivers / repairers informed of changes in customer requirements
  • Liaise with Sales department regarding the release / acceptance of units for sales / hire and ensure that all correct / necessary paperwork is given to drivers
  • General admin and customer service duties

Experience required for the position of Administrator:

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio)
  • Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, in Maths and English
  • Previous office based administrative experience
  • Maintain a consistently high level of work quality
  • Work in an efficient and effective manner
  • Complete all work accurately, completely and in timely fashion
  • Be selfmotivated and positive thinking, working as part of the team within the company
    Working hours and Benefits package:
  • This is an immediate vacancy for someone wanting Temporary work, but is also offered on a Permanent basis for the right person
  • Salary £11.00 per hour / £21,000 £23,000 per annum
  • 40 hours between 8am 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • 23 days holiday plus stats
  • Free Parking
