This will be a support role based in the Alexandra Day Stay Unit supporting Endoscopy and DSU.

You be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff and ensure high standards of administration and patient experience

Creating clinic appointments and keeping patient records accurate and up to date

Supporting the Endoscopy pathway for adults wishing to book in for a procedure at PAH.

The Endoscopy unit are looking for a receptionist/administration clerk to join the team.

This role is a great fit for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support in leading the department to excellence.


You will be providing a comprehensive administrative service in support of the multidisciplinary team, using a professional and customer-centred approach to all patients and their families who are undergoing care at The Princess Alexandra Hospital.
