MAIN TASKS
-
support the Recruitment Manager in recruiting around 300 seasonal staff for summer 2023
-
liaising with advertisers and posting vacancies on job sites and social media
-
arrange and coordinate interviews
-
assist with general office administration including answering the telephone
-
maintain and update CRM records for staff
-
check, chase and maintain compliance information for all staff; including right to work, references and DBS information.

Create and issue contracts
-
Understand and adhere to all relevant policies, including completion of mandatory training
