7twenty Professional Search is working with an innovative organisation that operates at the forefront of their market, within the circular economy, who are seeking to appoint a Drainage Engineering Manager to support their growth plans into new markets andterritories.
Our client is a well-established and successful organisation with a client base spanning all sectors and industries. They have plants across the UK and Ireland and a senior management team in each geography leading their growth.The Drainage Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and outputs within our client's Industrial Services sector.
They will be responsible for securing and delivering a wide range of drainage rehabilitation and surveyingprojects, ensuring that these projects enable the company to drive impact and profitability.
The Drainage Engineering Manager will also be responsible for identifying new markets and territories for their business unit to move into and secure a leading marketshare.
The Drainage Engineering Manager will be a credible leader with responsibility for leading and motivating a high performing team.They will also be required to have a strong technical background in order to provide effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Qualified Civil Engineer, ideally working towards Chartered status.
- 3 years' experience in a heavy industry, infrastructure, wastewater or utilities environment.
- Experience of managing and scheduling multiple projects to ensure maximum productivity and optimum asset/resource usage.
- Experience of leading a high performing multidisciplinary team.
