Description

Responsibilities:

  • Invocing using an industry specific Package( Training will be Given)
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments to clients and suppliers,
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Support the Agency team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Assistant Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero and excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the Media Industry is a Bonus


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£16,680.77-£26,471.27 per year
