Description
Responsibilities:
- Invocing using an industry specific Package( Training will be Given)
- Prepare and process invoices, payments to clients and suppliers,
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Support the Agency team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero and excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

£16,680.77-£26,471.27 per year
