Description

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a well established public sector organisation, who require a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a rolling contract.

Role Responsibilities

Provide 2nd Line support
Act as helpdesk
Manage tickets
Problem solve
Ensure staff are fully aware of their responsibilities
Coach and support both colleagues and team members

Role Requirements

Relevant Qualification or experience in ICT support and maintenance activities
Experience in SQL Server and MS365, both support and administration
Knowledge of vmWare and Active Directory
Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations

Desirable Requirements

Project management experience
History of managing 3rd party contracts
Knowledge of Hyper-V

Role Details

Rolling Contract
Hybrid Workingmust attend office 3 days a week
Sporadic visits to multiple sites
Dalcross based

- up to £150 per day
