Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a well established public sector organisation, who require a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a rolling contract.
Role Responsibilities- Provide 2nd Line support
- Act as helpdesk
- Manage tickets
- Problem solve
- Ensure staff are fully aware of their responsibilities
- Coach and support both colleagues and team members
- Relevant Qualification or experience in ICT support and maintenance activities
- Experience in SQL Server and MS365, both support and administration
- Knowledge of vmWare and Active Directory
- Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
- Project management experience
- History of managing 3rd party contracts
- Knowledge of Hyper-V
- Rolling Contract
- Hybrid Workingmust attend office 3 days a week
- Sporadic visits to multiple sites
- Dalcross based
- Inside IR35
