The Role

Key purpose of the role is to support the client in ensuring that they capture their estate and property assets, consolidate their metrics and approaches to estate optimisation.

The client is looking for a highly capable, experienced and astute strategic property consultant to complete a programme of work to identify and consolidate their estate metrics, achieve consistency of data and approaches, identify and implement best practice approaches and deliver a set of recommendations to kick start their strategy for estate management and utilisation.

***To be considered for this role you will require to:

Be exceptionally experienced and successful in strategic property management
Have operated with a variety of effective property management approaches, systems and metrics
Have experience of consolidating a variety of different approaches across a wide range of property assets
Have experience of working with highly complex organisations and property asset portfolio's
Be strongly influential, credible and collaborative with a range of stakeholders

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£500 - per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
