Are you an experienced admin assistant with an interest in fashion? Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Then this is the role for youOur reputable client based in Nottinghamshire are looking to hire an Admin Assistant to join their growing business.
Supporting the admin team and the wider business, the role involves reporting stock levels, ensuring that products are in the right placeat the right time and highlighting any discrepancies.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience in an admin assistant/allocator role
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Have an interest in fashion
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Graduate degree desirable but not essential
Within this position, you'll be:
- Managing allocations, replenishment and stock consolidations
- Analysing best & worst sellers to inform allocation and replenishment decisions
- Being the main point of contact for all deliveries and replenishment
- Building relationships with store visits
- Being the first point of contact for the warehouse and liaising around delivery issues
- Producing sales reports
- Supporting the team with analysis & administration work
Salary is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Working hours are Monday - Friday
