Job Title:
Field & Venue Sales Team Leader

Location:
Liskeard Office and travel across Cornwall & Devon.


Salary:
£35,000 plus car allowance per annum.


Role Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Field and Venue team Leader is to secure the company's growth through managing, engaging and leading the door to door field and Venue Sales team to sell Wildanet's internet service and associated products to individuals, Micro SME businesses across towns in Cornwall and Devon and from Fixed Selling Sites.


Key Activities:

While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:

  • Support Sales Manager with performance management of the team.
  • Manage the Sales Team to deliver their sales targets.
  • Work one day per week working from home 3 days on the field, and 1 day in the office for trading and manage your own targets.
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Build daily reporting's on performance and share this insight within weekly trading meetings.
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
  • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Conducts on the job observations & field based coaching sessions to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, missionrelated objectives, and deadlines.
  • Host daily sales briefings to inspire and drive performance within the sales team.
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Ensure Fixed Venue activity is delivers against required ROI

Qualifications:

Circumstances:


  • This role will involve travelling throughout Cornwall or Devon where required

  • Professional dress code applies
  • Evening and weekend will be required and where applicable overnight stays
