Description
This role is to ensure data integrity on company systems and provide full operational support to the wider Operations team.
What you'll be doing...Monitor the Technical Operations system support and Incident Management systems. (Jitbit)
Update, cleanse and validate operations' data on company systems
Maintain relationship and data between operations, partnership and projects teams to ensure we are working coherently, and information is up to date and accurate
SLA compliance monitoring
Quality/fault report management
Operations' team performance monitoring
Create and receipt Sage purchase orders
Raise any stock orders as the need arises for operational teams across the country
Adhoc projects
Process documentation
Assist with support and training to other coordinators where required
Collaborate closely with local authorities and partners to handle and close out faults and any other complaints
- Support the Regional Operations Manager with driving the performance of posting contractors and directly interacts with them on a regular basis
- Responsible for all activities on internal system (posting, maintenance, inspections) including scheduling, creation of annual inspection jobs and raising remedial jobs
- Prepare job pack for operatives including permits, Risk Assessment and Methods Statement (RAMS), posting instructions and other
- Coordinate stock records and communicate any discrepancies to the Operations Manager
- Involved in the day to day activities and database systems, including handling telephone enquiries, internal meetings, minutes, filing & archiving and Workday
- Dealing with operatives' system issues
Excellent administrative, communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
Highly organised with a proactive approach to working and solutions focused with excellent attention to detail.
Working under pressure while prioritising and meeting strict deadlines.
Thrive on being supportive to colleagues, sharing information and best practices.
Must be adaptable, committed and reliable.

Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths, English or equivalent
