The Dynamatic Technologies facility in Swindon, UK, has over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of Gear Pumps and supplies products to Agricultural, Construction and On-Highway vehicle manufacturers.

Products include Combined Variable and Fixed Displacement Pump Packages, Temperature Controlled Fan Drive Systems and Fixed Displacement Pumps in Aluminum and Cast iron with a range of additional integrated valve option

Specific responsibilities

To work as part of the stores team, under the direction of the planning team, pre-selecting and completing kitting builds to progress through to the Assembly & Test area.

Locate completed parts from the Machining areas into the correct kitting storage locations.

Specific duties

Kitting daily build releases in order of required due dates
Identify component shortages and inform production planners.
Ensure all parts are kitted in accordance with the area storage and layout standards
Ensure all MRP stock inventory is updated and correct
Support daily kitting stock status review
Deliver kits to Assembly and Test dedicated WIP locations
Actively transfer product from machine areas to kitting locations
Ensure all shopfloor inventory is stored correctly
Performing 5's+1 audits and owning delivery of the action plan
