About Our Client:


Our client are a well established Automotive business based in Manchester, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries
  • Managing billing or advertising queries through to new product requests or more technical support and troubleshooting queries
  • Problem and query resolution
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload

The Successful Applicant:


  • To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills
