Sales Representative


Job Type:
Full-time, Remote


Salary Range:
£2,200 - £26,000 per annum


Education:

Bachelor's Degree


Experience:
2 years in sales within the construction, real estate, architectural, or structural engineering industry


Responsibilities:


1.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sectors.


2.

Product Knowledge:

Possess a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.


3.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the construction and real estate market.


4.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth.


5.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct compelling and informative presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.


6.


Negotiation:

Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.


7.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


8.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.


Requirements:

1.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

2.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the construction, real estate, architectural, or structural engineering industry.

3.


Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

4.


Self-Motivated:

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

5.


Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

6.


Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
