Description
A day in the life of a Customer Support Executive/Customer Service (software) at Postworks:

You'll start the day at 9am checking the support inbox first thing and making sure the support chat is up and running ready for any queries you may get from our customers.

You might need to speak to our technical team to check progress on an earlier ticket,and then provide an update to the customer.

You'll have several tickets open, and will need to determine which to prioritise first.

A chat may also pop up, and you'll respond for the first time in 60 seconds (because that's our target).

You'll provide a quick and efficient first response while workingto understand the customer's problem.


You'll undoubtedly ask a customer for a Google Review because they will be so pleased with the rockstar support you provided.


This job is for you if:

  • going that one extra yard for the customer is something that comes naturally to you
- you get a kick out of playing detective and solving the case
- you're organised and can keep a clear head
- you have excellent communication skills which help you fully understand and get to the bottom of the customer's problems
- you're a whizz on computers and are always helping your family members set up their new phones

Must haves
- previous customer facing experience
- a genuine passion for helping people
- you'll be comfortable controlling and tracking progress across a number of tickets at the same time
- excellent IT skills
- attention to detail
- you're calm, collected, and work well under pressure

Location:
Abington, Northampton


Contract Type:
Permanent


Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)


Salary:
£19,500 per annum
