A reputable firm in Shropshire is seeking to appoint a litigation solicitor to join their team to be based at their Telford office.

Our client can offer an ambitious and motivate litigation solicitor a varied workload (excluding injury claims) a supportive and collaborative working environment along with a clear and structured career progression plan.

The role

This highly regarded firm is offering a litigation solicitor to handle a broad range of civil claims (excluding injury claims).

You will be skilled at contentious property work including possession proceedings, rights of way, boundary/land disputes, adversepossession and beneficial interest claims.

You will also be expected to deal with disputes relating to probate and inheritance. The role also encompasses debt recovery work, consumer rights and contract disputes. There may be some exposure to commercial disputesin addition.
