You will receive tailored training from day one, supported by your manager. Starting with an induction course providing you with an in depth overview of the company, the clients and the way they work. Success is encouraged via a number of active incentive programmes. You will be responsible for:

Creating attractive and engaging job adverts in line with Company standards and quality

Delivering recruitment sourcing solutions, identifying, attracting and evaluating talent.
Working closely with the Director you'll have endtoend responsibility for executing the resourcing strategy, playing a key role in identifying, attracting and assessing talent, including participation in role briefings

Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills
Ability to work under pressure
Previous recruitment/resourcing experience

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines, be proactive and take initiative
