Company Information
You will be working for a SME business based in Bromborough. With expansion due to contract wins, they are looking to recruit within the finance team.

Main duties
Reporting to the Financial Director and working in a team of 3.

Duties include:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Checking invoices, matching to goods receipts, posting and coding
  • Resolving goods and supplier queries
  • Fixed asset register
  • Reconcile payments and keep payments up to date
  • Supporting the team when needed (Sales Ledger, audits, ad hoc accounts duties)

Requirements:


  • Come from an accounts background with AAT qualification or qualified through their experience
  • Experienced in processing payments
  • Ability to liaise will different areas of the business to resolve any queries
  • Efficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Innovative and forwardthinking person with positive approach to problem prevention and solving.
  • Highly motivated
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Confident IT skills.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbally
  • Good team player with ability to communicate to all
  • Conscientious and attentive attitude to work at all times

Benefits
Salary - 25k
Hours - 40 hours (flexible on hours)
Hybrid Working - 3 days office / 2 days home
