The Role.
This position is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the Compliance Team where you will be responsible for ensuring all Customer Technical Specifications are completed in the correct level of detail and in accordance with required timescales.
Reporting directly to the Technical Systems Manager, you will liaise with other members of the compliance team and all other appropriate departments, to prioritise and organise an often varying and changing workload with differing levels of pressure to ensure work is being executed to a high level of accuracy within set time scales.
Key Responsibilities.
- Complete technical specifications for internal and external customers including customers that use webbased technical specification websites.
- Ensure specifications are completed on time and in sufficient detail
- Ensure specific retailer policies are kept up to date with and identify any policy changes that need action on site.
- You will need to respond to customer alerts and identify actions that need to be taken.
- Complete other technical requests including Supplier questionnaires, Health Certificates, New Line Forms, generate ingredient listings.
- You will assist in checking the legality of new and amended label artworks to ensure compliance with all relevant UK and EU legislation.

- Driving Licence preferred.
- Knowledge of retailer specification systems ideally, Tesco, Sainsburys, Coop, Aldi, M&S, Morrisons
- Legal labelling experience
