Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Northampton.

This role will include working with children on a 1-1 basis and also in the classroom, so prior experience of working with children aged4-11 is essential.

This position would be ideal for someone who is motivated and willing to take initiative and contribute positively to our learning environment.

A professional approach and strong communication skills are also key qualities required for this role.

The successful applicant should have:

Prior experience of working with children aged 411 in the classroom setting
Good communication skills
Professional approach and work ethic
Ability to motivate and inspire young people
