What You'll Do:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests, providing knowledgeable and personalised assistance.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments and managing reservations, with attention to detail and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:


  • A passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences that leave gusts smiling from eartoear.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise task effectively.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance that reflects our hotel's style.
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role is preferred but not required
- we're more interested in your passion and potential.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
