What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
Assist guests with inquiries and requests, providing knowledgeable and personalised assistance.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments and managing reservations, with attention to detail and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences that leave gusts smiling from eartoear.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise task effectively.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance that reflects our hotel's style.
Previous experience in a customerfacing role is preferred but not required

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
