The Role
The position is based at our office in Ashford, Kent. Working hours are Monday to Friday, , although some flexibility will be required.


What are your skills necessary to perform this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop software including Windows 10/1
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Office 365 and Team Viewer.
  • General networking experience including TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP and Internet technologies.
  • Familiarity or experience with Windows Server, SharePoint, SAP and SCCM desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent problemsolving approach to tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive, cando approach.
  • Minimum 4 GCSEs at minimum Grade C/ Level 4 or equivalent, including Maths and English.
