We are currently looking for an experienced and hardworking
Night
Cleaning
Team Leader to join our amazing Logistics team on permanent 40-hours contact.

The Brewery is an awarding winning event venue in the heart of City of London, delivering events from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have nine rooms within The Brewery Venue and three rooms within our new Grubstreet Arthur venue and are still expanding.

As
Cleaning Team Leader you willsupervise and perform a variety of manual tasks with a cleaning team to ensure the smooth running of Logistics team.

You will supervise and support casual team, including the daily allocation of duties/general direction and checking of work throughout the working shift.

You will ensure that The Brewery is always presented in the best possible way at all times, kept tidy and to a standard suitable for presentation to clients, including back of house areas, serveries, storage areas, toilets.

Please note, as Team Leader you would be required to work on night shifts.

Key

Responsibilities:

To ensure that the rooms are completely set to the BEO, cleaned and laid up when required.
To ensure that the Brewery is always presented in the best possible way at all times, kept tidy and to a standard suitable for presentation to clients, including back of house areas, serveries, storage areas, toilets.
To work effectively with all departments in order to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
To ensure rooms are completely ready and set to handover to the Events Delivery team in time for guest arrival.
To supervise and direct staff including the daily allocation of duties/general direction and checking of work throughout the day.
To carry out administrative duties.
To ensure that all staff are up to date on relevant training.
To ensure all linen is collected, accounted for and ready for collection and delivery on a daily basis, including staff uniforms and dry cleaning.
