The role


The Senior Finance Business Partner will act as a key support to the Finance Director and will be responsible for a range of key projects earmarked as part of future investment for the business.

The role will primarily have a key focus on business partnering with a range of non-financial stakeholders, assisting them with key decision making and insightful analysis, spanning production, engineering, procurement, and sales teams.


Key responsibilities

Facilitate New Reporting & Business Planning Tool Implementation:Play a pivotal role in executing the rollout of the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) system, which serves as the group's consolidation and budgeting tool for the year 2023/2-
Systems Development Involvement:Act as the key Finance representative in the development of other systems, such as the transition from current purchasing system to new system, scheduled for 202-
Product Costing Enhancement:Lead the development of a precise product costing system across regional sites to furnish the Commercial function with accurate margins per product line and customer profitability insights.

Project & Ad Hoc Support:Establish effective business partnerships with various non-financial stakeholders including production, engineering, procurement, and sales.

Offer in-depth analysis and support for ad hoc projects.

Assist the Finance Director in fulfilling ad hoc Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) tasks and reporting for Group Head Office.


  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/CA)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Accustomed to working to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Track record in business partnering with a wide range of stakeholders including both senior and nonfinancial
