Care Assistant

Are you ready to lift lives with us?
We are looking for Care Assistants to join our teams to lift the lives of clients and their families.

We provide care to people in their own homes. We have part time and full time roles.
You must have a car for this role.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Typical day to day duties may include companionship, personal care, medication administration, moving & handling and support with eating and drinking.

This includes supporting people to go to the toilet so it is important you are comfortable with this.

But care is so much more than just practical tasks. You will also be working with people to understand their passions and help them achieve them.

You will help them go out and about and really get to know them so you can lift their lives and they can lift yours.

Requirements

:

Driving is essential. You must have a car.

A Minimum 6 months care experience is preferred but not essential
Alternate weekend availability is required
Have a smartphone with access to data to use our technology
Passion for care
Strong written and verbal communication skill

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
We'd like you to be available every other weekend. If this is impossible then we'd like you to join an on call rota for every other weekend such that you are available to help out in a crisis.
