Accounts Assistant/Finance Officer - New Road Surgery Bromsgrove
Part time - 16 hours a week, hours to be agreed but must include a Monday

£25,000 - £27,500 PRO RATA, ACCORDING TO EXPERIENCE

We are recruiting for an experienced accounts assistant/bookkeeper. It is
essential that you have strong Sage accounting software experience. There may be some additional administrative duties required, but this is predominantly a financial role.

Sole duties (overseen by Practice Business Manager) to include:

Inputting of all sales and purchase invoices to Sage
Inputting/processing of all income and expenditure to Sage
Processing of Sage journals
Processing EOM payments runs
Bank reconciliation
Running EOM/EOY reports/checking accuracy of Chart of Accounts etc
Paying in cash/cheques to local branch
Petty cash and expenses management
Processing/filing statements, remittances etc.
Payroll journals (payroll currently outsourced)
Liaising with debtors and creditors patients and NHSEngland
Maintaining budgets on Excel (Excel and Word experience necessary)
Inhouse financial & NHS reports/audits/financial claims
Preparing payroll/pensions data to send to outsourced payroll company
Non VAT registered business
