Customer Care Agent


We have a great opportunity for a Customer Care Agent who is an active Christian to integrate your Christian faith and make a positive change to at-risk children.

Customer Care Agent


Location:
Flexibility between home-based or office-based at headquarters in Milton Keynes/London hub

Hours:
Full-time, 36.5 hours per week

Contract:
Permanent and 6 month Fixed Term Contracts available


Salary:
£21,000 pro rata plus a range of good benefits

Closing date: 28th February 2023


About the role:

Key responsibilities will include:
*Create and maintain accurate supporter records in line with all relevant regulations including those relating to data protection, child protection and safeguarding

*Effectively resolve complaints from supporters within agreed deadlines, in a way that maintains their support of the organisation.

*Carry out outbound calls to supporters to encourage them to maintain and increase their support, ensuring retention KPIs are achieved, and cancellations are minimised.

*Manage changes within child sponsorships, sensitively and appropriately to ensure sponsors continue their support


About you:


As a Customer Care Agent, you will have the ability to solve problems and queries as well as outstanding relational and communicational skills - including excellent letter-writing abilities and great attention to detail.


To perform well in this role, you'll need:
*Awareness of Data Protection and Child Protection, and the need to follow procedures

*Outstanding relational and communication skills - including excellent letter-writing abilities including attention to detail

*Ability to plan, prioritise and arrange own workload and work on own initiative within fluctuating workloads.

*Confident and empathetic telephone manner that influences and encourages supporters to give, act and pray.
