Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an International Services business based in Central Southampton in their search for a Senior FP&A Manager.

My client will be working to a hybrid working basis with the expectation to be in the office two daysa week.

As the Senior FP&A Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will take ownership for the delivery of performance forecasting, reporting and analysis to ensure that all UK requirements are met
  • Be responsible for the coordination of the UK forecast process with accurate and timely delivery of submissions the wider business
  • You will analyse and give insight into key performance drivers with effective commentary by working across the business and closely with other teams
  • Work with different stakeholders within the business to build effective relationships and develop and relay a strong understanding of financial performance
  • Facilitates and supports businesswide functional agenda to build finance partnering capabilities
  • Manage and develop direct report

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be:

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong experience in business planning & analysis
  • Previous experience business partnering with senior nonfinance managers
  • Highly analytical and detail conscious, whilst being able to spot trends, digest information quickly and distil issues effectively
