Careermakers is looking for office administrators to join the team in main head office of our client, which is one of the biggest car rental companies in the UK.

The role will involve:


  • Assisting customers with vehicle maintenance queries over the phone.
  • Working alongside our current team of Fleet Coordinators you will learn how to schedule, plan, monitor and proactively control all routine maintenance.
  • The training will also cover managing and proactively controlling unscheduled maintenance, including roadside breakdowns and to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • You will be responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to customers through all access channels for all enquirers and provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the organization's services.

Previous experience in transport and automotive industry jobs will be advantageous


We are looking for an organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who enjoys problem solving and working with customers and colleagues alike to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will be able to demonstrate a keen work ethic and be looking to work in a fast-paced environment.


What you will received:


  • This is a fulltime position working 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rate: £10.50
