Group Accounting Manager

Northampton

9 month Fixed Term Contract
- up to £65k

Growing business in Northampton - exciting times due to an International merger

2 days office based - 3 days working from home

Professional Accountancy Qualified Status (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with a high understanding of Accounting Concepts and Practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead role in reporting Group results
Assist with International Reporting

Ensure adherance to Group Policies

Plan and oversee production of consolidates accounts and work with Group Auditors

Responsible for management of Team Leaders

Adhoc projects

Responsible for actual and budget reporting on a quarterly and monthly basis

Manage the annual budget process - coordination and preparation of the budget and quarterly forecasting

Collection of budge data from other countries

Awareness and experience in Stat Audit guidelines

Submission of actual financial results

Team management and development skills

History of streamlining systems


Essential Criteria

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Goal driven and motivational
  • Good communicator and listener who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
