Reed Finance are pleased to be working with our client, the largest privately owned business in the UK within their specialist sector, on the recruitment of a new Finance Business Partner.


The Finance Business Partner will provide support to colleagues across the region to ensure understanding of and ultimately drive improvements in financial performance.


A few key responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurate management information, as well as weekly and monthly reporting
  • Have an indepth knowledge of cost and revenue drivers, as well as their impact on financial results
  • Provide detailed analysis and insight of performance within the business, identifying areas for improvement to ensure continued growth and profitability
  • Work closely with the relevant department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts, as well as providing variance analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Play a key role in shaping business strategy, as part of the wider operational finance team

A few key requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA ideally)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building across all areas of the business
  • A desire to continuously strive for improved performance
This role offers a competitive salary, as well as a car allowance.
