Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm

What you will be doing

  • Working within a small Design Signalling team for rail, you will provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
  • Responsible for entering new supplier forms.
  • Processing supplier and customer invoices.
  • Creating credit notes.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Responsible for ordering and controlling office supplies.
  • Arranging meetings and minute taking.
Are you an individual with the following?

  • Ideally you have previous administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills as you will be maintaining and developing good relationships with internal departments and with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative providing accuracy at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for the team.
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
