If so and you're interested in operating mobile plant machinery we believe we have the perfect opportunity for you We're currently seeking a General Operative to join the small team at our Stourport Concrete Plant.

Working with our fantastic concrete operations teams, you'll primarily be driving our Loading Shovel at our Stourport Concrete Plant, with the opportunity to turn your hand to batching concrete and general maintenance as well a variety of other jobs on site.

You'll be an ideal fit for this position if you have a great sense of humour and don't mind getting your hands dirty

So what's it all about?

First and foremost you'll be operating the loading shovel to support the Concrete Plant Supervisor in running the site to get concrete out the gates and to our customers.

You may also support with batching concrete, ensuring it meets our standards and our customers requirements.

You may also support our maintenance engineers around the site; helping us to maintain excellent housekeeping standards and carry out site improvements.

Do you have

:
A full UK Driving Licence owing to the location of the site you will need to be able to drive your own vehicle or otherwise be able to reliably get yourself to work on time.
A genuine interest in the construction materials industry, specifically an interest in driving heavy mobile plant machinery.

We'll also support your development with in-role training; whereby you will achieve a Level 2 Plant Operations NVQ diploma qualification.
