and The Brickman LEGO exhibition.


To further support the growth in our concert operation, we own and operate multiple award-winning venues across the UK, including The Mill in Birmingham, Tramshed and The Globe in Cardiff and XOYO and Camden Assembly in London.

An exciting role has become available for an
Accounts Receivable Officer in our
Bristol based team.


The Role
Our Accounts Receivable Officer will manage settlements from venues & ticketing agencies and will specifically:

  • Follow up with both inter-department team members and external venues on post-show reporting
  • Close off venue ticket revenue & expenses by raising sales invoices and/or passing accounts payable items to the AP team for processing
  • Process ticketing revenue from various agencies
  • Reconcile ticket sales vs. cash received

Additionally, the role will involve:

  • Credit control
  • Posting payments & receipts relating to the Venue accounts
  • Prepare weekly aging reports
  • Simplification & development of the existing processes
  • Additional ad hoc tasks and requests

The Person

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience using Finance packages and Excel
  • Experience in working in an AR department / credit control
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
This role will be based from our fully serviced, dog friendly Bristol offices with some working from home.
