We're looking for a talented, energetic and fun Scrum Master to join our team, someone with a broad range of experiences and a passion for modern development technologies and practices.

As a Scrum Master you'll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline teams, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive to succeed.

What will you be doing?

You will challenge and improving the operation of the team, driving their performance and capability to succeed
You will embed operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability and transparency
You will mentor and execute Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery
You will ensure the path is clear for your team, removing blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the Product Owner to clarify the product backlog ahead
You will ensure your teams drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.

Who we are looking for?:

You will be an individual who is passionate and has a 'can do' attitude
You will have prior experience of being a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework
You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
You will hold a Scrum Master certification
PSM1 or CSM
