Jactone a UK Manufacturer of Fire & Safety products are looking for an enthusiastic Sales administrator/Customer service person to join the sales office.
- The position is office based in Bilston, West Midlands WV14 0QL.
- All appropriate training will be provided.
Main Daily tasks will include:
- Answer and deal with incoming calls.
- Liaise with the factory / despatch & accounts department
- Input information on to CRM system.
- Call existing customers to:
- Provide a good customer service to develop accounts
- Prepare quotes for customers.
- Follow up on quotations when required.

- 2 years relevant experience required
