Jactone a UK Manufacturer of Fire & Safety products are looking for an enthusiastic Sales administrator/Customer service person to join the sales office.


  • The position is office based in Bilston, West Midlands WV14 0QL.
  • All appropriate training will be provided.

Main Daily tasks will include:


  • Answer and deal with incoming calls.
  • Liaise with the factory / despatch & accounts department
  • Input information on to CRM system.
  • Call existing customers to:
  • Provide a good customer service to develop accounts
  • Prepare quotes for customers.
  • Follow up on quotations when required.

Job Types:

£18,000.00-£20,500.00 per year
