Administration Assistant / Part Time Administrator
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a part time administration assistant to work for one of our clients based in Sheffield Meadowhall area S9.
Responsibilities:
- Raising Invoices
- Comparing invoices and orders
- Tracking payments for orders placed through marketplaces
- Obtaining and maintaining digital documents
- Liaising with marketplaces for investigations
- Liaising with other departments as and when required
- You will work closely with finance department and marketplaces specialist
- Order general administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous referable administration experience required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets is required
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Shift Pattern:
Working Hours: 30 hrs per week
- 8am to 2pm Monday Friday
- Temporary Contract until 31/08/2023
