Administration Assistant / Part Time Administrator


The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a part time administration assistant to work for one of our clients based in Sheffield Meadowhall area S9.

You will be supporting their finance department in collection of online orders.


Responsibilities:


  • Raising Invoices
  • Comparing invoices and orders
  • Tracking payments for orders placed through marketplaces
  • Obtaining and maintaining digital documents
  • Liaising with marketplaces for investigations
  • Liaising with other departments as and when required
  • You will work closely with finance department and marketplaces specialist
  • Order general administration duties

Requirements:


  • Previous referable administration experience required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Shift Pattern:

Working Hours: 30 hrs per week

  • 8am to 2pm Monday Friday
  • Temporary Contract until 31/08/2023
