In your role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Heads of Design and Build and UX
• Strategize ways to improve the efficiency and productivity within the Design and Build team
• Deliver effective and efficient handson web design and associated graphics.

This includes (and is not limited to):
- creating concepts and designs for marketing material and full websites
- adhering to client brand guidelines
- working within a full website project team - across UX, design, and development - to deliver projects on time

• Participate in facetoface client communication to present your designs, amongst other tasks
• Maintain personal utilization at a minimum of the companywide target

You are _good_
at:

• Designing full websites, banner ads, assets for social media, infographics, icons
• Video editing
• Working _proficiently_ with Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ideally: working _proficiently_ _with Figma, Sketch, Google Web Designer, Adobe After Effects
