Description
Identify sites that we can take through Planning- Sourcing and appraising on and offmarket new land opportunities at various stages of planning.
- You will be required to have great communication skills, as an important part of your job role will be speaking with landowners, architects, and various consultants
- Visit sites, attend progress meetings & monitor the progress of the projects
- You will be working with a small team of other Planning Graduates on a number of different projects, but will also be working closely with the Construction and Sales department
Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
