To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a
Product and Application Trainer, to be Field based and covering our Northern Sales region.

You will provide product training and support to new and existing customers on our endoscopic products, with a significant focus on flexible scopes.

About the role:

You will plan, develop and conduct an effective training and support program of post installation user training, ensuring that end users are proficient in the use of our endoscopic products.
You will be responsible for the development of teaching aids such as handbooks, demonstration models, visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
You will maintain your personal continuous professional development with respect to new products, techniques and technologies and report findings as necessary.
You will keep diligent records of training, ensuring customer training documents are completed and passed to KSEUK's Training department.

About You:

The role covers a large geographical region, you will ideally be located in Leeds or Manchester with good transport links to cover the North
You must have a full UK driving license and be willing to travel on a regular basis
A nurse diploma or medical engineering background would be a real advantage, as would hands on experience in an Operating Theater environment.
Experience or teaching, coaching or training, particularly medical devices or medical procedures, would also be a real advantage.

About the package:

KARL STORZ offers an excellent remuneration package including Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme, Critical Illness and Life Assurance

Starting salary is £28,000 plus £7,500 performance related bonus scheme. The role also attracts a Company Car.
