A rare opportunity has risen for a HR Administrator to join this prestigious established Company in the Wellingborough area.
Working alongside the HR Advisor(s) and the HR Manager you will be assisting with HR administration and with communications as required
Duties may include to:
Carry out new employee checks
Liaising with the wider business to ensure correct documentation
Maintain and updating employee records
Assist in maintaining and updating all HR digital platforms, Cascade, LMS, ATS
Develop and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally.
Assist the HR Manager as and when business needs dictate.
The successful HR Administrator will be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, have strong communication skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
