About us
Kevin Farish Ltd is a long established, independent retail and service centre for domestic appliances.

The Company was started by Kevin in 1985 and has gone from strength to strength serving the public and honouring contracts with housing manangement businesses, throughout South West Scotland.

Our large showroom offers customers a comprehensive display of white goods by top named brands. In addition to sales, we also hold repairing and service contracts with named brands.

We are looking for an honest, responsible, enthusiastic person with good work ethics to join our sales team.

The environment can be challenging but you will be expected to present a positive image and excellent customer service to all showroom visitors and telephone queries, at all times.

Your telephone manner must be polite and patient to enable you to deal with any sales and repair orders/queries from customers and suppliers.

Accurately enter sales, repairs, orders and delivery information on the computer system and work through varied and sometimes demanding daily tasks - the ability to multi task would be an advantage.

You will ensure you are aware of changes to products, gaining sufficient knowledge to handle customer queries. On the job training will be provided both inhouse and by brand representatives.

Your salary will start at NMW depending on experience, with additional incentive payments provided by suppliers.

Hours of work are 9:00 to 5:00

Annual leave is 28 days to include statutory days.
