Sales Director to join their team.

Sales Director they want needs to be;

Salary Up to £70K basic DOE plus bonus (Up to £10K), Company Car (Tesla), pension, 25 days basic holiday plus BH (32 days total)

  • You will need to be an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate
    Sales Director

  • Experienced with mentoring, leading, managing sales teams.
  • Ideally be from or have a technical background.
  • Be able to create and implement positive business strategy / business plans.
  • Be able to mentor, develop, motivate, and manage sales teams.
  • Be able to influence and negotiate with key decision makers.
  • Work with marketing team to devise / develop and implement powerful marketing strategies.
  • To be a company ambassador by collaborating / share best practice with other European markets.
