An award winning private house builder are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing development in Peterborough

The role:

As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will Assist the Site Manager in their responsibility for 347 new homes which will be Phase 1 of the larger development in Peterborough.

The homes will be a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a combination ofaffordable, private rental and open market sale properties built using sustainable timber frame construction methods.

You will assist in ensuring the successful delivery of the project from site set up to completion in terms of health, safety and environmental standards, programme, budget, time, quality and customer service.

On top of this, you will have to effectivelycontrol all site-based activities in line with specific development requirements, company policies and procedures.

The Company:
A multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 16 regions and 3 timber frame factories.

The Person:
Experience in the house building sector / house building industry

It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Project Manager,Senior Site Manager,Site Manager,Contracts Manager or Construction Manager in a similar new build house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.

Qualifications/Experience
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid,IT skills as well as a driving licence.
